PLD was asked to work with existing original artwork to design and develop a full e-commerce site to include a large range of products.

There was a requirement to make all products available for individual display and have all the product data stored in a product database

The client has also been provided with an administrative suite which enables control of pricing of all the products in a range of different currencies.

Site visitors can use the site shopping cart to select multiple items, specify a separate shipping address, and to check out, making payment through a third party card processor (Paypal in this instance).

Crystal Files has access to all transaction information via the administrative area, and can export immediate CSV files to show all the latest orders for processing.

The project has been built using PHP and MySQL for the bulk of the work, with javascript used for form validation, and various display enhancements.
